Voice by Lila is operated by BrightFish AI LLC. This policy explains what information we collect through voicebylila.com, our phone line, and our text messages, and how we use it.

What we collect

  • What you enter in our contact form: first name, mobile number, and, if you choose, email, community name, and number of units.
  • When you call Lila, the call may be recorded and transcribed so we can provide the service, follow up on your request, and improve how Lila responds.
  • Basic technical information your browser sends when you visit the site, such as pages viewed. We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies, to understand how visitors use the site. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or opt out at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to you, schedule demos and tours, provide the service to properties that use Lila, and improve it. We don't sell your personal information.

Text messages

If you check the box on our form, you agree to receive text messages from Voice by Lila about our service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts isn't a condition of purchase.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or text-message opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We share information only with service providers that help us run Voice by Lila, such as our website host, our analytics provider (Google Analytics), and our phone, texting, and voice-AI providers, and only as needed to provide the service. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
