Rep program
We're a small company getting huge. Get in now.
We're looking for independent reps who already know apartment owners and managers. Commission from your first sale, a supplied pipeline, and a path to a $72,000 salary.
25 seconds. Sound on.
Every night, leases go to voicemail. You're the one who fixes it.
Apartment offices close. Prospects keep calling. Lila answers every one of those calls, and you're the person who brings her to the communities in your territory.
Five reasons to get in now
This is the ground floor. It won't stay that way.
01We've done this before.
Our founder took a company from $5,000 to $25.6 million in annual sales in five years. That wasn't luck. It was a playbook, and he's running it again. We're not a small company. We're a small company getting huge, and you're early.
02The product closes the deal.
Most reps sell a promise. You hand an owner a phone number and let Lila talk. She answers better than most leasing offices do, and the owner hears it in under two minutes.
03The market is enormous and wide open.
23 million apartment units in the U.S., and every one of their offices closes at night. We called 50 locally and 20 went straight to voicemail. While everyone else fights over crumbs, you're working a field nobody has covered.
04The pay climbs.
$425 per close plus 10% recurring from day one. Close 30 in 60 days and you're on a $72,000 base salary. Every close above 10 a month pays a bonus on top.
05Everything is handed to you.
Call lists, scripts, a live demo line, a full training kit, and a day shadowing the founder. Your job is to pick up the phone. We've already done the rest.
Why commission-first works in your favor
You're paid for every deal, and every deal keeps paying.
Each close pays $425 up front plus 10% of that community's $299 monthly fee for 12 months. Here's how your first 60 days add up at three different paces.
Your first 60 days, by pace
Up-front commission plus recurring paid in month two. Illustration only, not a guarantee of earnings.
Then $299 a month keeps coming in from your book.
Then $598 a month keeps coming in from your book.
30 closes: $72,000 base salary unlocked the next month.
One close is worth
$783.80
$425 up front plus $358.80 in recurring over 12 months.
- No ceiling. Close 40 and you're paid for 40.
- Paid per close. No quota to hit before you start earning.
- A book that pays. Recurring income stacks with every deal.
- A path to salary. Prove it in 60 days and it becomes a $72K base.
- Start alongside what you do now. Many reps already sell to these owners.
The market
A huge market with a problem everyone can hear.
Every apartment community takes calls after the office closes. Most still answer them with voicemail, and most callers won't leave one.
Your pipeline, already researched
We called 50 apartment communities of 50 to 500 units after hours. Half have no AI answering their phones yet.
What one community is worth
Every property you sign is a flat, recurring account: $850 setup plus $299 a month.

Rep FAQ
Straight answers.
What's the commission?
$425 for every community you close, plus 10% of that community's monthly fee for its first 12 months. It's paid as a 1099 independent contractor during the commission period.
How long is the commission-only period?
The first 60 days. Close 30 communities in that window and you move to a $72,000 base salary ($6,000 a month) as a W-2 employee, starting the following month.
How do I keep the salary?
Close at least 10 communities a month. Every close above 10 earns a $150 bonus. In a month under 10, you go back to commission until you hit 10 again.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You open the door and the demo does the talking. Setup and integration are handled by our team.
Can I keep my current job or line?
Yes. Many of the best fits already sell to apartment communities and add Lila alongside what they do.
Where can I sell?
In the territory you claim. Tell us where your relationships are in your application.
Call Lila tonight. Apply tomorrow.
Hear exactly what you'd be selling, then tell us who you know.
